Today four years in recovery. thanks Siam Rehab Thailand. Time goes fast. in the beginning of my recovery I was busy changing my behavior. Because I've been busy for so long trying to recover. and always point my finger at something other than myself. If I started to wonder myself, maybe I am and I need to keep that mirror to myself. And I did that. it was not easy but that does not give my will to want another life was so great so strong that I never wanted to go back and kept fighting. And sometimes had to walk away from certain situations. And also nice outings had to be canceled. Because I wasn't ready for that. but the most important thing for my recovery is that I have to be honest with my addiction and that everyone can know so that it becomes easy for me to deal with it. And keep it airy. And now I can help other people. And guide other people if they want. Because sometimes I just have to hear how bad addiction is. And how bad it can be. But also how beautiful it is to be allowed to recover and that I am grateful that the people of Siam Chiang Rai Thailand helped me then. And my dear Fellows and the servers that they trust me that I was allowed to exercise them. thank you for everything HP Richard.

Ik was verloren. Veloren van mijn middelen en verweg van mijn normale gedrag. Ben via een interventie team binnen gebracht. Ik heb alles op alles gezet. Omdat ik inzag dat dit niet meer verder ging. Nu ruim twee en half jaar verder gaat het goed. Ik heb weer werk weer een normaal gezond leven. Krijg langzaam de vertrouwen weer terug van me omgeving. En dat allemaal dankzei het programma wat ze hier in de kliniek geven. Het mediteren doe ik nog elke dag en gebruik ik vooral veel om in het hier en nu te blijven. En om de emoties te laten zijn voor wat het is. Ik ben de mensen van Siam Rehab Thailand erg dankbaar dat ze me de tools hebben gegeven. En die in mijn leven nog steeds toe past.
